Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

Please note that certain items, including wigs, accessories, and intimate costumes, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
