We want you to love your order from Midnightbloom. If there is a problem with your item, we are here to help.


🛍 Returns


You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible:

• Item must be unused

• In its original condition

• In original packaging


Some items (such as wigs, accessories, or intimate costumes) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days.


❗ Damaged / Wrong Item


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Size Guide 📏

Finding the perfect fit is important to us. Our sizing guide is designed to help you choose the most comfortable and flattering size for your cosplay.

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and measured by hand. Please allow for a 1–2 cm difference due to manual measurement and fabric variation.

How to Measure
• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips
• Length: Measure from shoulder to hem (where applicable)

For the best fit, we recommend comparing your body measurements with the size chart provided on each product page.

Fit Advice
• If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort
• Structured or corset-style designs may have less stretch
• Some styles are designed for a fitted silhouette, while others allow more flexibility

Important Notes
• Costume sizes may differ from everyday clothing sizes
• Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings
• Accessories shown in images may not be included unless stated
